Camp Pinnacle has a flexible and generous time-off schedule compared to other regional camps. We encourage staff to take time each week to relax and keep themselves sharp for their work. All time off is scheduled with the administration. Special leaves can be accommodated but must be discussed prior to hiring. Due to their additional responsibilities, program and senior staff do not get as much time off as cabin counselors.
Your salary at Camp Pinnacle will be based on age, experience, certifications, education, and tenure at Pinnacle. Salaries are negotiated on an individual and confidential basis.
Not only will you help young people develop, but Camp Pinnacle will provide you with the opportunity to fine tune leadership skills, perfect teaching techniques, learn new skills, and build confidence in front of groups. Over the course of the summer, you’ll, meet new friends, broaden your horizons, build a campfire, go camping, go rafting, tell a story, jump on the Blob, be generally zany, and have the summer of your life.
